Enjoy Your Favourite Foods and Still Protect Your Teeth

I know we all like to enjoy our favourite foods, but some of those favourites can be hard on our teeth. I’m not going to give up my favourite foods because I know I can help protect them with Arm & Hammer toothpaste with baking soda. Did you know that baking soda, a natural ingredient helps to gently clean and neutralize harmful plaque acids that form in our mouths all the time, especially after we eat and drink? 
One of my favourite things to use to cook with is tomatoes or tomato sauce which is a great source of vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid but the acidity in a tomato can also accelerate dental erosion caused by the plaque acids that form in your mouth. Say what?! Does this mean no more chili, spaghetti sauce and more, do I have to eliminate tomatoes from our menu?

I’ve tried the baking powder before, but I’m terrible about remembering t do it consistently. I should try this so it’s easy and I don’t have to have a messy bunch of powdered baking soda in my bathroom

Honestly toothpaste stains aren’t something I think much about (not a coffee drinker). I guess I never really thought about the acidity of tomato products-which now that I have read the review it makes so much sense. thanks for sharing
I only use Arm & Hammer toothpaste. It really cleans my teach well. I have yet to see the 3 in 1 power, but really interested in it because I eat a lot of acidic foods. I will be looking for it the next time I shop.
I have tried other whitening toothpastes and found them to be too harsh so having one that is not abrasive would be great. I need to give this a try.
