So Simple to Make
The best thing about this locket is that it is so easy to make. There are a ton of options to choose from, but you work through each one step-by-step, so it is not overwhelming. Simply pick out the locket style that you want (they also come in gold and white gold!) and select your options for the front, insides, back, and then your chain.

Get a Locket for Mom SO Fast!
Need something fast? I got my locket proof email just a day after submitting it. The locket itself arrived with a certificate of authenticity, less than a week later. It looked beautiful and I love the box it comes in. The locket is safely nestled and protected in between two stretch plastic films in a solid black frame. It protects it in transit and when I am not wearing it. Plus, I love being able to see the engraving on both sides!
Celebrate Mom
I loved that I could pick the clipart for the front engraving on this locket. There are images of a mom or grandmother with one, two, or three kids. I guess if you have more than three kids, you are entitled to more than one locket. That seems fair! Of the images of three kids, I chose this one since, while the kids are fairly gender neutral-looking, this one clearly had a little girl with two others. And because I have two boys and a girl I felt it fit the best. You choose what represents your family the best!

Make is Hers
On the inside, I chose to have my children’s initials, with my first-born’s in the middle and the largest. On the opposite side, I added a recent picture of the three of them together. Perfectly, they are standing in the same order that their initials are listed on the other side. I did remove the background from the image myself, so it wasn’t too cluttered, but Pictures on Gold might be able to do that for you so you get the clearest possible result. I do suggest getting the proof image if you are able to make sure you like the layout of everything before they make it.
Wear it with Pride
Though I did get this for myself for this Mother’s Day (I refuse to let my children loose on the internet with my credit card), I do wear it with pride. The new option for a Singapore Chain made me very happy. These chains are very comfortable, won’t snag on clothes or hair, and are the most durable chains around. No Mistaking Who it Belongs To
For the engraving on the backside, I added my initials. I feel if I ever lose it, there can be no doubt as to who it belongs to. That is was I adore about these lockets, they are truly one of a kind! There are no others like it unless you make another one.

Even though I knew what I was getting, I love this necklace and I have worn it almost every day since it arrived. I keep it, literally and figuratively, quite close to my heart.
